We offer the following shipping options within the United States via USPS:
Priority Mail Express - estimate delivery of next day to 2 business days
First Class Package - estimate delivery of 2-5 business days
Parcel Select Ground - estimate delivery of 5-8 business days
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before orders ship. Orders placed at or before noon will be processed and shipped same day.
We offer free shipping for International orders over $150 USD.
We offer the following shipping options for International orders via UPS and USPS:
UPS Worldwide Express - estimate delivery of 1-3 business days
UPS Worldwide Saver - estimate delivery of 1-3 business days
UPS Worldwide Expedited - estimate delivery of 2-5 business days
First Class International Package (USPS) - estimate delivery of 6-10 business days (varies by country)
Note: the shipping method you choose at checkout cannot be changed after your order has been placed (applies to Domestic and International orders).
Please allow at least 48 hours (2 business days) for your order to be processed. Delivery times start after your own has been dropped off at its respective shipping carrier.
Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays are excluded from processing times. We require that payments are authorized and processed before processing of your order begins.
Processing times and shipping/delivery times are separate and not mutual to each other. For example, your order may be processed today and dropped off at the shipping carrier’s location tomorrow, which means your delivery time starts once it has been scanned there.
Please note that due to high order volumes we may experience delays in processing times. If this is ever the case, we will be in contact with you with updates regarding your order.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Follow any of the three ways listed below to track your order.
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number is created and emailed to the email address registered to the order. You can track the order using the link sent there.
You may use the chatbox on the bottom right side of our website to track your order. Follow the steps below to easily track your order, find the estimated delivery date, and a direct tracking link.
1. Click “Track my order”.
2. Click “Enter order information”.
3. Enter your order number (i.e. #YMLX1234) and the email address registered with the order.
If you’re still having trouble tracking your order, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will resend your tracking information.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please email us (email@example.com) as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed and your order will be shipped there.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your order is scanned as “Delivered”, but you have not received it, we suggest waiting at least 5 business days before reaching out to us. As it often happens, carriers will scan a package as “Delivered” while it is still out for delivery and actually deliver it in about 5 more business days. If you still haven’t received your package after this waiting period, we ask that you contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and detailing the situation. If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a store credit or reshipment. We do not guarantee credit or reshipment.
Please note: Unfortunately, YMLX by Yami is not responsible for lost, misplaced, wrongly delivered or stolen packages. We recommend that you please contact the shipping carrier for more information. However, in any case, we are glad to help and accommodate you as customer satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. These include shipping fees paid by the customer in the original order total, return fees, and/or exchange reshipment fees.
Additionally, if you refuse any shipments from YMLX by Yami or your order is for any reason returned to us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping fees plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return 30 days from the day of purchase by logging into your Customer Account and choosing the order you’ll like to request a return on. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive a reply to your request.
Once your return request is processed, we will issue a return label which will be sent to your email. Use this label to ship your return. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt for shipping confirmation and tracking information.
The return fee will be discounted from the original paid total once a refund is approved.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of any odors (i.e. perfumes, sweat, smoke, etc.), or stains, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should include separate packing slips for each order returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. In the case that a return is denied, no credit or exchange will be issued and the customer will be asked to cover the reshipment fee to return the item(s) back to the customer.
Products purchased on sale or with a promotion cannot be returned. Products marked as Final Sale, bodysuits, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
We put forth our best efforts in order to assure you are receiving a quality garment in perfect condition. If you have received an item that does not uphold these standards, please contact us at email@example.com. In your email, please include your order number (#YMLX______), product name and clear picture(s) of the damage.
Please allow up to 2 business days to review this information and assist you with a solution.
We issue refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
is canceled by YMLX by Yami
one or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
item(s) determined to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please allow us up to 5 business days to clear your refund. Note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed as store credit in the form of a gift-card. The return fee will be discounted from your original payment once a refund is approved.
If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.
